Step 1: Enroll in Hint

Hint is our secure online billing platform. Click the button below to choose your membership and set up your account.

Important: When Hint asks for a billing start date, please choose a date at least one month from today. We won't bill you until you've been seen. Once your first visit is scheduled, we'll update your billing date to match your appointment.

Step 2: Complete your enrollment paperwork

After you sign up in Hint, you'll be asked to complete your enrollment paperwork online.

Step 3: Schedule your first visit

Once we receive your paperwork, we'll reach out to schedule your first visit with Suzanne Norgang, APRN.

Please note: Dr. Christy Seed is not accepting new Direct Primary Care patients at this time. All new DPC members will establish care with Suzanne Norgang, APRN.
