Typically an hour spent with Dr. Seed followed by a comprehensive care plan provided to you and providers on your care team. 

 

Follow-up Consultation      $150

Typically 30 minutes spent with Dr. Seed.  Dr Seed will provide you with a written summary of your care plan to share with your care team.
